At the beginning of the year, the National Park Service (NPS) took down signage at the President’s House in Philadelphia that dealt with slavery. The signs were ordered to be restored by a Federal District Court Judge. The order is on appeal in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. This week the Philadelphia Inquirer published images of the new signage the park service was going to use to replace the now-replaced signage. Below is one of the new panels, which has never gone up.
