National Public Radio’s popular show On the Media focuses on the Andrew Johnson Impeachment this week. It is timely for obvious reasons.
Historian Brenda Wineapple is the “explainer” on the 1868 impeachment. If you are the sort of person whose head explodes at the mention of anything going on today, don’t listen to this. It is mostly about Johnson, but Trump comes up. After the 25 minute marks, the program turns to other subjects.
