Battle of Nashville Site Where Black Troops Charged to Be Marked Dec. 15, 2022

Drew Gruber, Executive Director of Civil War Trails, announced last week that a new interpretive panel is being dedicated in Nashville, Tn. on December 15, 2022 at 10AM. According to the announcement from Gruber, published in Emerging Civil War:

The December 15-16, 1864 Battle of Nashville included a charge at the marked site where three United States Colored Troops regiments assaulted Confederates.
